VP/Director of Sales and Marketing
The successful candidate must have experience in developing marketing partnerships, vertical marketing opportunities, identifying co-branded product offerings and developing/implementing marketing programs for Small-To-Midsize Business (SMB) markets. Prior experience with Internet based B2B applications and the Real Estate Industry is desirable. You will lead/participate in building the marketing and sales organizations. Real Estate experience is desired. Requirements for this position include product management experience, development of outbound and telemarketing sales programs, and having an understanding of advertising/marketing concepts on the Web.VP/Director of Business Development
We are looking for a web-savvy, sales oriented, high-energy person. The ability to negotiate affiliate relationships, partnerships for membership growth, and sponsorship deals is required. Experience in Real Estate or wireless service industries is desirable. Our ideal candidate possesses 5-7 years of negotiation experience with 1-2 years of Internet experience.
